Our Warranty
Our team offers a one-year warranty from the date of the completed project. This is limited to the craftsmanship of the project and does not cover the flooring materials.
Things such as gaps, spacing, and other issues that arise after the floor has been installed are directly covered under this one-year warranty.
To begin your warranty claim, please reach out to our team to address any problems in a timely matter. Upon completion of the project client will sign off on year warranty and project completion to satisfaction.

Flooring Warranty
The flooring material used for your project will be covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's information will be provided to the client upon completion of the project.
We ensure that all best installation practices are met when installing the floor to avoid any voiding out of the manufacturer's warranty.
